Kudos to the CMP for hosting the 2025 Junior Olympics Rifle events at Talladega Marksmanship Park. The staff and facilities are fantastic. Not sure of all the behind the scenes reason(s) for the move. It gave athletes the opportunity to shoot in CHALLENGING winds at 50m. Thank you Ashley Mcalister and USA Shooting for a great match.
Seems to me that when the competitive shooting community has a need, we can count on the CMP to step to the plate. Not surprising when you have people named Gary Anderson and Launi Meili in the administration, along with the rest of the fabulous CMP staff.
