Olympic Shooting Group
Postal Match

The match will be conducted via the International Standard Honor
System; if you shoot the score you report the score.
ISSF rules apply except for match duration.
Match duration: Each match consists of 20 shots in 35 minutes
(suggested 5 or 10 shots per target). Match will be run bi-weekly,
scores should be submitted on the 15th and the last day of the month
by 12 midnight -5 GMT.

Special Considerations:
Matches may be shot on reduced targets that match the distance of
your range. If shooting at a reduced distance consider LOW SIDE
scoring when the shot is just touching the next highest ring.
Software to make your targets can be found here
http://home.hiwaay.net/~ispellan/Airguns.html
All competitors compete together regardless of age, sex, or ranking.
Scores that are deemed a tie will be broken via a super secret
mathematical formula.
Results will be posted the day after the match closes on the Yahoo!
Olympic Shooting Group Forum.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/olympicshooting/
Consider shooting the match as a match on a specific day, versus
taking a practice score and submitting it.
If at all possible shoot this as a separate match instead of
submitting a partial score from another postal match, more shooting
is always more fun.

What to Submit:

Please submit the following information via e-mail, if at all
possible use the below format/order.

Name
Country
Match (rifle or pistol)
Gun
Pellet
Score
Submit score to

I do not understand only 20 shots for the course of fire.....

Why not the standard course of fire bi weekly.....I personally enjoy the sweat beads forming as the tension builds and the mind wants to finish well ...... Would think the postal would truly be the olympic course of fire
