NCAA Rifle/ Rule Changes
Are any of the rumors of taking away pants and other items from a shooter's gear going to take any effect on the NCAA Standards in rifle? I was just wondering because I'm just like everyone else wondering if they should or should not purchase equipment with all of these thoughts floating around.
