Open NRA 3P AR, Int'l AR, and AP Match 1/29/05, IL

The Arlington International Airgun Club (AIAC) of Arlington Heights, IL, is hosting an open (adult, collegiate, junior) NRA tournament for 3P AR, Int'l AR*, and AP* on January 28 (Fri eve) and January 29, 2005.

*Int'l AR and AP fired on Sat January 29 at 2:00 P.M. only

2nd Annual AIAC “Winter Warm-Up”
Open NRA Approved 3P Air Rifle, Int’l Air Rifle, and Air Pistol Tournament

Dates: Friday January 28 and Saturday January 29, 2005

Location: Christian Liberty Academy, 502 West Euclid, Arlington Heights, IL

Competition open to: ALL NRA members (adult, collegiate, junior) or junior members of NRA-
affiliated clubs. NRA membership required (available at registration)

Entry Fee: Individual - $12.00, second event - $6.00
Team - $10.00, members must also be registered individually

Firing Times*: 3P Air Rifle: January 28 (Friday) 7:00 PM – Relay 1 (16 lanes ea. relay)
January 29 (Saturday) 9:00 AM – Relay 2, 11:30 AM - Relay 3

Int’l Air Rifle and Air Pistol (combined): Jan 29 (Sat), 2:00 PM– Relay 4 only

*Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled relay time to allow for entry and registration.
Eye protection is required, ear protection is recommended, on the firing line.

Rules: NRA Rules will govern – NRA 3P Air Rifle rules for Sporter and Precision
NRA Int’l rules for Air Rifle and Air Pistol.

Match Course: 3P, 3X20 - 20 shots prone, 20 shots standing, 20 shots kneeling
Int’l Air Rifle – Standing only, 60-shots adults, 40-shots juniors
Int’l Air Pistol – 60-shots adults, 40 shots juniors

General Info: Awards will be based on category and registration. Categories may be combined.

Location: Christian Liberty Academy is located in Chicago’s northwest suburb of Arlington Heights. The school is located at 502 W. Euclid Ave., 2 mi east of I-290/Rt53. We are approx. 1 mile east of the Arlington International Race Track on W. Euclid Ave. The entrance is on the east side of the building on Walnut St. Parking is in the lot directly across the street from the entrance. Follow the yellow AIAC Juniors signs to the range.

Great match Jay. I had alot of fun... except for your state doubling the tolls on I-90!

I hope the match was a success and an even bigger one next year.

Thanks for coming down Eric - good shooting.

We are having another at the end of Feb. I'll post an announcement.

IL residents aren't too happy about the increase in tolls either!
