"Thin" 18mm front sight metal inserts

Would anyone know where in the US I could purchase some thin ring inserts for an Anschutz front globe? they look like the old time standard, but the width of the ring and crossmember is thinner.

P Fortner manufactures some in Germany, but the only vender I can find is in Canada at $17.00 each.
