Did you ever have to pay for oversize fee when flying with that Pelican case? The external dimensions seem to add up to around 70 inch, which is slightly larger that the 62 inch required by most airlines.

Just to clarify, the LG400 is coming with its original Walther case, which can be seen in the images.
The Pelican is used for flights. I don't remember if I paid for oversized, but it's the safest way to travel with this rifle.
