Hi, has anyone got instructions on how to replace the seals on a Pardini k12 air cylinder?

Cylinders are not meant to be serviced, instead, they should be replaced.
You can find an exploded view here: https://pardini.it/wp-content/uploads/2 ... 3-2023.pdf
But Pardini does not specify the dimmentions for those o-rings. They should be metric...

Hope this helps

this works on FWB cylinders most of the time. On an empty cylinder, use a toothpick to exercise the valve at the end of the cylinder and liberally coat it with a synthetic oil. The idea being that you get some oil into the valve and inside the can itself. old compressed o rings will move around , slowly absorb the oil and usually reseal things. Air pistols don't have o ring surfaces that wear like o rings used in forklift cylinders, so the "damage" is usually the o rings becoming locally "non round" because they are stuck in a position and flattened due to lack of gentle lubrication over time.
