Hammerli AP20 PRO - Lighten the trigger(both fore and aft)

I use this pistol for training. In competition I shoot match grade muzzleloading pistols with extremely light triggers. Could you direct on how to turn which screws in order to obtain the overall lightest trigger release possible?
