Data logging

I'm really interested in being able to see logs and graphs of exactly what I'm doing when I shoot. I've always felt that shooting groups to test out some change in technique is crude. The amount of variables I can't control means that I have to shoot an awful lot to be certain that something I've changed has made a difference.

I recently got a laser dry fire system that I can use at home. The company also makes an accelerometer-based system (I think) that shows you detailed info on your hold and trigger squeeze quality.

What else is out there? I'd like to know more about what the pros use and what's available. Is there anything that actually logs trigger pressure vs time?
