2023 NATIONAL TRAP AND SKEET TEAMS NAMED

COLO SPRGS, CO (Feb. 15, 2023) – The 2023 National Trap and Skeet teams have been named after the Shotgun Spring Selection Match at the Tucson Trap and Skeet Club Feb. 3-8.

USA Shooting’s National Women’s Skeet team: Kimberly Rhode (El Monte, California), Dania Vizzi (Odessa, Florida), Samantha Simonton (Gainesville, Georgia), Austen Smith (Keller, Texas), Caitlin Connor (Winnfield, Louisiana), Amber English (Colorado Springs, Colorado).

USA Shooting’s National Men’s Skeet team: Vincent Hancock (Eatonton, Georgia), Dustan Taylor (Fort Mitchell, Alabama), Christian Elliott (Phenix City Alabama), Benjamin Keller (Johnstown, Colorado), Conner Prince (Burleson, Texas), Mark Staffen (Ellerslie, Georgia).

USA Shooting’s National Women’s Trap team: Rachel Tozier (Phenix City, Alabama), Alicia Gough (Pine Mountain, Georgia), Ryann Phillips (Gail, Texas), Carey Garrison (Crossville, Tennessee), Julia Stallings (Rossville, Tennessee), Nicole Manhave (Longview Texas).

USA Shooting’s National Men’s Trap team: Derrick Mein (Paola, Kansas), William Hinton (Dacula, Georgia), Glenn Eller (Houston, Texas), Derek Haldeman (Sunbury, Ohio), Grayson Davey (Anchorage, Alaska), William Browning (Doylestown, Ohio).

The match was also the first part of the 2023 Pan American Games shotgun team selection process. The second half of the selection process will be the 2023 Shotgun National Championships May 17-28 at the Halter Shooting Sports Center in Hillsdale, Michigan.

Up next for the shotgun national team is the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) Shotgun World Cup in Doha, Qatar, March 4-15.
