Went by our favorite used book store last week. They have a very small section of firearm related books but sometimes I get lucky. There was a like-new edition of “The New Position Rifle Shooting” by Frank Hanenkrat, PhD, and Bill Pullum, former coach of U.S. AMU and Olympic Teams.” 244 pages, 22 chapters, divided into 7 sections. (Copyright 1997)
Section
1: Sports Vision
2: Performance Psychology (biggest section)
3: Equipment
4: Training
5: Positions
6: Coaching
7: The Future of the Shooting Sports
It is a great book and I highly recommend it for those, like me, who need to “up their game.”

Find one, buy it, read it!
I read it & it's excellent (and I'm a freaky pistol shooter.)

That is the old edition. The 1997 “new” version is updated.

I guess this book got incredibly rare or is very helpful, as it's now $150 on Amazon.

Reading these last posts, looking at the links and remembering how little I paid for this book at the used book store makes me realize I need to wear my pistol to bed.
