Cutting target backers

Post by Gort »

I made cutters out of scrap wood to cut cardboard backers for Gehmann pistol and rifle targets. The distance between the utility blade and the foot is 170mm and 100mm respectively. They work great, and get rid of Amazon boxes. Just throw it in a vise and start cutting. Be very careful , there is an exposed blade!!!!

Table saw works best for me. And it is much faster because you can cut a stack of a dozen or more in one pass. Works well for targets too.
