Lyman Targetspot scope repair

Fellow shooters. I have a Lyman Targetspot scope in need of new cross hairs. And I'd like a dot on the 'hairs. Any recommendations for a reliable, reputable shop?

He has a long list of scopes he will not work on.
But he will work on the Lyman.
