Is it possible to buy a Kk300 action?
Are you looking for a barreled action, or a stripped action?
If you're looking for a barreled action, I would guess that you can buy such a thing. You might talk to Neal Stepp or give Champion's Choice a call.
If you're looking for a stripped action (receiver, bolt, trigger, but no barrel), then you would need to find someone selling a used one. Under EU export law a firearm must be proofed prior to export, so only barreled actions are allowed to make it over to this side of the pond.
