Ruger MKIII

Post by old wolf »

I am far from a good shot when it comes to bulls eye shooting. I have a MKIII had an MKII, Years ago I shot 100 at BPGC,, 8x 2 in the 10=100 with my MKII. I have had a lot work done to my MKIII still have not shot back to the old score but don't shoot that much. My MKIII has shown signs of being a good gun dropped 7 in the 10 ring (X) , Here is my ? what makes the High standard

a better gun I have out shot them for years, Not trying to start anything just don't know thanks

I'm far from an expert on these things but I do have a HS (Hamden) and the trigger is just about the best I have shot on a 22. Barrels (Hamden) are pretty darn good too!

Your ruger mkll can be tricked out with a hammer bushing and have a very nice trigger, you cant do it to a mkll without breaking the rules on safety disabling. as for HS, they shot good but the mags are the worst on the planet for malfunctions.
