I recently attached some metal weights (some heavy screws from a hardware store) to the barrel of my air rifle (FWB 800). I noticed that the weights are slightly magnetic. Could that make any damage to the rifle?

Unless they are pulling the inner "soda straw" barrel towards the magnets outside the barrel shroud.....no.
