Match & Membership Software?

It looks like I'm going to be more involved with some elements of our monthly ISSF and NRA competitions.
I used to do some web-based software dev, but it's not something I really enjoy doing any longer.
As I've looked around, I've seen web-based membership software and I've seen older stand-alone match software that might get the job done. I have NOT seen anything that looks to be an integrated solution.
Is there really no software that will 'do it all' for our niche sport?
