Smallbore prone matches and club in Maryland

Hi,

I just moved to Maryland and would like to know if there are any
clubs that have regular prone matches. I belonged to a club where
I used to live that would do matches once a month.

Also, any indoor ranges I could use to practice during the winter season. I live in Columbia, MD.
