Having trouble with Scatt

My dad and i are having trouble with our scatt. it is not registerring/ not showing the shot on the screen. We have played with the sensitvity, either there is not enough and the shot breaks randomly or there is too much and the shot never breaks. Any help with this problem?

Were is the sensor positioned on the rifle ?, it may not be picking up the click of the trigger on shot release.Colin
