Batch Testing

Post by Denton »

Hi,

Just looking for opinions on the subject, I've found some Eley black box that my rifle likes, well should I say seems to run very well thru it compared to other ammunition I've tried, the groups are roughly 18mm wide by 12mm high with a definate left to right spray (30 shots in total), would you think this is a decent result?
Testing was done on a very calm day @ 50m with scope and bipod so the conditions could not have been better...
Then I started to think,if a fellow competitor's rifle groups better I'm in a loosing position already...any thoughts? Of course assuming both competitors are of the same standard and conditions are the same..
