Walther .32 accuracy

Post by Showgun »

I shoot bullseye indoor at 50ft and outdoor at 25 and 50yds. How is the accuracy of the Walther .32 at 50yds? I am considering purchasing a GSP for competition.
Any help would be appreciated.

The accuracy of most .32's at 50 yards is unimpressive. My GSP was unremarkable.

A lot of folks get them rebarreled with 10" twist barrels, which helps a lot.

.32 accuracy

My friend made some .32 S&W long reloads using 231 powder, Speer 98-grain HBWC bullets, and Lapua brass. We mounted his unmodified GSP in a Ransom Rest and fired five rounds at 50 yards. Centre-to-centre of the five-shot group measured 1.75 inches. That seemed good enough for us, so we didn't waste any more time or ammo testing further.
Your experience may vary.
