F-marks on German Firearms

Post by Hon »

I understand that an F-mark inside a pentagon means the weapon in question has muzzle energy less than 7.5 joules. What about an F-mark in a crown? It is sort of like a crown superimposed on a triangle. I have seen this on Walther's LG300XT Anatomic air rifle and SP22 pistol.

Could be a proof mark. If you can take a photo and post it.
