Hello all
I am new to the forum and wasn't sure whether to post this here or in the archive section. I have a Walther UIT-electronic standard rifle. These were
made in I beleieve the 80s and were also offered with a mechanical trigger.
It has a side lever falling block action. I am looking for a manual or users
guide that describes the trigger adjustments and take down instructions.

Although a bit older than your electronic version, there is an Instruction Manual (pdf) called "Walther Small Bore Rifles" on stevespages.com:

It's quite a ways down the above page. In the manual, the fifth rifle shown on the first page is listed as:
"Small-bore Standard rifle Mod. UIT-Standard, weight approx. 5 kg."
The document says "June 1964 Edition" on the cover, is 20 pages long and over eight megabytes in size. I'm not sure how similar the mechanics may be, but perhaps this will be a small help...

The UIT-E, I believe, was produced for a very brief period in 1983. I have exploded drawings and parts listing for this rifle but I dont think there was an owner's manual, trigger instructions or disassembly instructions ever printed. In those years Walther's attempts at electronics in their free pistols and in the standard rifle were abandoned due to their unreliability. When they worked.....they worked very well, however the electronic components were impossible for the layman to understand and adjust. Repair of the German electronics was impossible and at this time the factory no longer stocks repair parts for them.
