Well, obviously this will become the hot new trendy thing! You'll see shooters all over the world trying to buy a few more points, the ISSF making new rules, dealers in a frenzy to stock these items, and no increase in scores anywhere.

Nothing personal there Rover, but that statement has always baffled me.

If you ain't (fill in the blank) you ain't (fill in with derogatory word).

The obvious logical derivation of all that is this:

If you are(or do) (fill in the blank), then you are (fill in with derogatory word).

Not exactly a ringing endorsement of the product, action or lifestyle referred to in the (blank).
