| I've had a RIKA for quite some time now. I kept 2 old PCs with serial ports and running Windows 98 or 95. I could never get mine to work with USB and a USB adapter. |

| I have had no problems running the Rika v3.91 software on a laptop running Windows 7 Professional, 32-bit OS. It seems to runs well enough. |

Hi
the problem may not be with windows (now there's a first). The rika software will only rn on 16 bit operating systems so you will need an older computer or one with less than 2gig. I use a modern notebook from dell and it works just fine
