hi
all of electronic scoring targets for 10m have hitframe senosor like sius?is possible find someone that dont have it and cheaper price?

If I'm not mistaken MEYTON has a lightsensor. Check out their web site:http://www.meyton.info/en/produkte/index.html
I'm not sure if there is a significant difference in price. I do know that the ambient light has to be carefully calibrated for the MEYTON to work well.

I would be surprised if any system, especially those with any level of ISSF approval, does not have a "frame hit" sensor.
It's one of the major things you look for when interpreting a system's log print. |

I also doubt that the frame hit sensor is some how a sizable portion of the cost of any system
Meyton is light and the new Suis laser doesn't need a frame sensor either. |

Are you sure about that Richard.
How do they report a frame hit without a sensor. |

I don' (can't) discuss the technical details and will usually accept what sounds logical. Please take a look at the Disag Optiscore (http://www.disag.de/produkte.php). It seems to me that this is also a optical scoring device.

Just to make it clear, the frame hit sensor has nothing to do with scoring the value of the shot (other than as a miss).
It senses and reports a shot that hits the target frame. |

| The same way they record complete misses or cross fires, if you miss its up to you to take the miss. I'm pretty sure, not 100% I've only used the Meyton a few times. That said I watched some people shooting and hitting the target frame and it was scoring the shots (one of the top electronic targets) so I wouldn't put too much stock in the frame sensors. (the three I saw scored two 6's and a 9). |

I will admit that I have mainly been involved in running (many) matches using Sius targets. Any experienced range officer will hear a frame hit and go looking for the printer to register it. I have never been disappointed.
This includes a match I help run every year for "less experienced" pistol shooters. As far as I am aware, frame hits have always been correctly registered.
As regards "shooter honesty", the vast majority of shooters are completely honest (including reporting forgetting to load a pellet and discharging air). There are some however........... |

There was a wonderfully funny moment on a rifle detail at the British Airgun Championships this week end with the range officer trying to find who dicharged air in the preparation time, it was straight out of the stoning scene in "Life of Brian"!

Going back to the OP, I have just heard from Megalink that their 4K187 frame does not currently have a frame hit sensor.
They do say however that they are working on getting one fitted in the near future. |
