Looking for a clean, lightly-used one with the buttplate extenders (did all 853's have these?)

I presume these are used club rifles.
I could not find it on the CMP web site.

Correct, they are refurbished models. I had come across them, but got the feel that you had to be buying them for a club or some other organization. Not sure if one-off, private purchases are allowed. Guess I do fit the first criteria...
