Steyr LP1 P (later PCP model with the compensator built into the shroud). Based on the unique red, white, and blue color scheme and very low serial number, this one appears to be one of the limited edition ones for USA Shooting, however, it isn't marked "USA Shooting Limited Edition" on the barrel shroud like others I've seen (maybe rarer?). It has an inspection sticker on the grip from when I shot it in the USA Shooting National Championship in 2001.

I purchased this one around 2000 from Pilkington Equipment. It comes with a left hand medium grip (not original, I don't have the original right hand grip), a multi-adjustable trigger, and the original flat trigger, the air filler adapter, the air pressure gauge (original cylinders didn't have built-in gauges like newer ones), two original cylinders dates 01/2000, 12/1999, and one new cylinder with a built-in gauge dated 12/2016.

It's a great shooter that's also a collectible!

$950, including shipping in the U.S. I accept US Postal Service money orders and discreet paypal.

For a minute there, I thought "Farklemeister" Perkins had slipped a cog.

Best looking air pistol I've owned, but it doesn't fit my hand as well as my Pardini.

I have been looking for one of these for awhile. Now I need a right hand small/medium grip and CO2 parts to put her back to original.
Have a great day and better tomorrows,
Kurt

The information that I received from Buck Parson with Pilkington, that our host Scott Pilkington engraved/designed a USA Shooting Limited Edition of the 250 limited edition ( Red, White & Blue a first for Steyr and Barbara Mandrell ) with Barbara Mandrell engraved signature on the guns that Scott engraved. I do not know the number that Scott engraved or the numbers that were manufactured but I did see one of the low number LP1 that Scott engraved and anyone would be proud to own a pistol with the excellent engraving. The price on the original add for the engrave pistol with walnut case was $1750.00.
It is my understanding that all the pistols were originally CO2 but Scott did change some of the pistols to air at some time?
If Scott, Buck or anyone would have any information on the Limited Edition please add your information. I would really want to know any information that could be provided.
I showed up at Scott's place one afternoon and they made a friend for life. Thanks for all you have done for the sport.
Have a great day and better tomorrows,
Kurt

I have SN 33. It is an engraved CO2 pistol. I am unable to attach photos ("too big"). If anyone is interested in seeing the engraved version, email me at:

I received the LP1 today and everything looks good. Sparky was a good man to buy a pistols from and I would recommend him to other members.
Have a great day and better tomorrows,
