Willing Resigns

Post by Hap Rocketto »

This was posted on Pistol forum the a.m.

FYI, I have resigned from the NRA effective 4/11/17.
It's been great working and competing with you these many years.
This is my decision.  It's time to retire.  It's also short notice because the selling of my current home in Virginia and the buying of a new home in Michigan occurred at a rapid pace and changed my original plans of leaving in late April.
Best wishes and good shooting.
Denny

Dennis Willing has done more for the shooting sports than most. I applaud him for pushing back at the bureaucracy at the NRA for the past few years. He's been a top competitor, referee, member of the NRA pistol committee and finally his position as Director of Competitions. He's done a lot of other volunteer work for the sport. We may not have all always agreed with his decisions, but he always had the good of the sport at the forefront of his work. We are losing a great friend at the NRA.

It's even faster if you don't reply at all, hundert.
