"Brought to top" (normally used by people selling items who haven't had much response) and "Personal Message".

David is correct, BTT normally means Brought (or Bump) to Top.
But there are several other meanings, some more light hearted than others:

BBT = back to topic
BBT = Bikini Training Time.
BBT = Blue tooth tool.
BTT = Balls to that!
and eye wateringly
BTT = Blunt-Testicular-Trauma
