Junior Target Stocks for Rem 513-T??

Post by willhux »

Our gun club has 10 of the Remington 513-T rifles bought from the CMP years ago. They sit idle.
I have been looking for a relatively inexpensive adjustable target rifle stock to fit them in.
Crossman has the Challenger PCP rifles which come in an injection molded stock with 2-way or 3-way buttplate and adj. Cheek.
these might work as other similar stocks.

Anyone have any suggestions? We can gunsmith and built mounts, etc.

the next project would be to drill/tap and mount better sights.

Go for it, the Challenger stock is pretty limiting but better than a non adjustable stock any day. I think their only $100 or so.

We cut down the stocks and added rails and Tubb 4 way buttplares for ours (http://www.davidtubb.com/adjustable-buttplate).

Even cut one of the barrels shorter for a smaller kid.

Master Class (http://www.masterclassstocks.com/accessories.html) also has one available with a hook.
