Canon Scanner acting up

Post by Ltdave »

just got the Orion Scoring System for my club with the club level scanner...

its a Canon something 225. its supposed to be able to hold 8 targets at a time in the feed bin...

when we put targets in, WITHOUT the orange "spacer" as directed for multiple feed, the scanner will grab ALL TARGETS that are in the bin. with the orange piece in, its single target feeding...

running the targets through one at a time takes way too long and the reason we went with the upgraded scanner...

we tried to fan the targets but so far no luck...

Agree with Tom ... give them a call. Always helpful.

A note: Do you have the feeding set for standard (down) or non-separation (up) ... it's that switch/lever set on the side about in the middle. I think it should be separation otherwise the ultrasonic page setection won't work.
(I'm guessing here ... We use DR3010 and DR5010 scanners)
