Crocodile bile apart, I'd love to try that. Actually, it's probably terrible (millet / corn? Flat... Urgh. Chicha anyone?) so let me rephrase that: I'd love to try that yeast in a more traditional style. It's S. pombe, which is the "african" word for beer (original!) Any homebrewers here?

Dear Guys and Girls in the colonies,

before you start some funny experiments, i can tell you,

we Krauts had some good reasons to invent the German Purity Law in 1516.

Is there anything wrong with this fine beer from the Czechs?

Or do you mean this rice brew thing from this faithless Germans named Anheuser and Busch?

Sure, rice in beer is better (and much saver) then crocodile bile but why wasting time if you can get an Original Tannenzaepfle from the Black Forrest or something like that? Or something from the Sauerland.

Bier git Kraft!
