FWB 300 spare parts?

Post by javaduke »

I got a broken BS4 (Chinese clone of FWB 300) and I'm thinking of rebuilding it and bringing it back to life. Wondering if there's any source of FWB 300 parts in US. I saw a seal kit on eBay, but it is shipped from Europe and nearly $50 plus shipping for two seals sounds like a bit of overkill to me. Are there any cheaper options? :)

I think you can still find FWB 300 seals, springs and lube listed on eBay.

Correct, but the vendor is in Europe and the cost for a seal kit would be roughly $60 USD. I was hoping there are cheaper options.

javaduke,

I did not know that the eBay seller suggested was from Europe. Before mentioning them to you, I had tried to check with airrifleheadquarters.com but could not get their site to properly function. I bought a Jim Maccari Spring along with the green seals and white grease from them last September but have not installed them as of yet. I think my total purchase came to around $70.00.

Trash the gun or try your local hardware store (ACE?).

Pyramydair sells a seal kit, but without the piston ring:
