Kneeling pulse

Post by sureshot007 »

I've been trying to rebuild my kneeling position lately, and I've found a comfortable position, but I've got a nasty heartbeat. It feels like it's coming from my right leg, behind the knee possibly (I'm right handed). Anyone else experience this?

Do you have your trousers zipped?

I have them unzipped behind the knees, so both zippers pulled all the way to the bottom of the legs.

I am facing exactly the same problem...
Pulse behind the knee and coordinated movement on the front sight...
Told it to a great shooter I know and told me to check the kneeling roll diameter. It might help if I fill it up a bit in order to reduce the pressure on my calf (from the thigh)

Also,I remember that when I Scatt in home,I never have any kind of pulse problem...
BUT I mainly Scatt on summer days where I wear a thin underlayer under my shooting pants against my thick (and more compression) one I wear on winter days...(UA both of them, Coldgear and Heatgear)
And I face the problem mainly on cold days..

Therefore, given the opportunity, the next kneeling practice that I will do,I will wear the thin underlayer and check it out...

I will let you know if anything changes.
