Re: Feinwerkbau P44 review

Well I am new to the P44 also for similar reasons. Big hands with short fingers. The lighter weight makes shot 60 as easy as shot 10. My former guns are FWB P40 and Walther LP300. Both are top guns but the stabilizer in the FWB is better than the Walther as is the trigger. Although the P40 was reall...

From what i see when it works it is nice but I can't see investing another dime in it if it's always registers 0's Is there someone here that may ...

Orion system works well.
I have been using it for over a year and it is very well done.
Software gets updated very often.

Re: Undergarmets

Well I have 8-9 shooters on my advanced team and about half are young ladies.
most use underarmor type spandex.
it is legal to have one pair of trousers whether it be jeans or shooting pants.
undergarments can vary wildly.

Re: Shooting with "normal" glasses

Well there are a lot of theories. But the fact is if you are lining up the sights the same as everyone else then it is not the sights or glasses. It could be trigger control or most like is different in what touches the gun. There are a lot of advise I have heard that everyone's eyes are different a...

Check to see if your tank was part of the recall.
I had a young shooter with a 2002 that had a tank under the recall. she got a new tank for free.

The reccomended torque is 5 NM or approx 45 in/p for the action screws on Anschutz. Some people I know have done tests as to what torque works best and around 5 NM works fine.

The key in bedding is to have a solid consistant fit and foundation that does not change with heat and humidity. Bedding a rifle does this and is absolutely needed for high power because it will heat up and can cook the humidity out of the wood stock. Pillar bedding does the same thing as glass bedd...

plastic beads do not compress much, they do not break down, and i don't want to tell you what happens if rice or seeds get wet. plastic beads are a perminant solution.
the roll will always be the same size unless the outer material breaks down.

I would consider trading it in towards a rifle that fits a lady.
The CM-2's are a good option. 1903s are also.
I have 5 women on my team and none are shooting the XX13 heavy barrel action. My juniors age range from 13 thru 18.
The 1903jr is a great rifle if you can find one.

unless you are a Petite lady it will be too small. It is a perfect starter rifle for a 12-14 year old but generally by 14 it is pretty small. A normal 1903 would be a better starter rifle for a newer shooter that is of normal build (not an 90# lady) It's good advise to see what others have an maybe ...
