No Resolution Lucky for you guys that you're able to resolve your issues with the sight. Unfortunately, no matter what I tried I could not make either of the two sights to look properly for me. I don't wear any glasses and I changed my shooting glasses thinking that it was them causing the problems...

I like my ultradot and find no issues as you mentioned, ... just curious What is your next choice of scope now that you've tested and compared against a few others? I still haven't chosen a replacement scope but I am positive that the Ultradot Match scopes that I have are either faulty themselves o...

Red Dot Sight - UltraDot Match 30mm Problems

http://www.ultradotusa.com/ultradot_dist_2008006006.gif Ultradot Match 30mm Red Dot Sight I've been shooting this red dot sight both days now that I had this gun for two weeks. I have found that the image of the dot in the sight is flawed, unclear and there are reflections and imperfections in the ...

Jack - what is the point you are trying to make with all those awful 50' target pictures? Looks like you have a lot of work in front of you, even with a red dot. My suggestion is to master the gun with iron sights, not use the red dot scope as a crutch. Practice Targets Those targets are not meant ...

Extractor Pin Problem

After shooting 100-rounds through the pistol without any problem I experienced a stove-pipe failure with a case sticking out sideways while another one was half-way inserted into the chamber. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the either extractor was missing from the bolt. After a few minutes se...

Pardini SP New .22 LR - Pictures

Here are some pictures that I took of this pistol today. The lighting on some of the pictures is not very good so I might have to reshoot them again since some of the pictures are underexposed and lack detail in the darker areas. I have been following this thread with great interest as I have just been cleared by the "banking authority" in my house to purchase a Pardini. Yesterday I dropped by Larrysguns.com and there it was..JakFrost's returned Pardini. I didn't know it at the time but after coming back to here I...

Used Gun is Going Back, New Gun is Coming Soon

Exchanging Old for New After calling Larry's Guns and talking over the issues with them it turns out that the used gun is actually the old frame version of the Pardini SP, not the new model frame as I previously thought, so the magazines will not work in this gun without modification. The option th...

Some issues to work out...

There are some issues to work out with the accessories of this pistol that I'll be speaking to Larry about tomorrow. Magazines The two used 5-round magazines perform flawlessly in the pistol and slide in and out like butter. However, I also purchased 3-new Pardini SP branded magazines and when the ...

I shot the pistol today.

I shot the pistol today at the range and it is great, as good and accurate as I have hoped. I will take pictures of it this Saturday to show it off to everyone so stay tuned. Fit and Finish The quality and fit of the pistol are absolutely great and the pistol is built very solid. The slide and rece...

Don Nygord strongly recommended RWS Target as a good ammo for the Pardini. Mine has had maybe 2 or 3 failures in 10,000 rounds or so. I'm not that happy about the new RWS prices, I may try some Aguila to shoot. Steve. I looked at RWS Target Pistol but it is not available from my favorite online dis...

Almost Have It / Ammo Selection

I almost have the pistol. I filed the paperwork and it was completed so it was shipped to my FFL and it should be there already. I'll probably see it this week when I stop by the range. I'll still have to wait for the UltraDot Match scope that I purchased and paid for since they ran out of scopes in...

Saturday 12/27/2209 has passed…so what was your decision? Did you get the paperwork going on a Pardini? If so, exactly which one – SP, SP RF, SP1, SP1 RF? IF you are still considering such a “standard pistol”, have you also considered: Match Gun MG2 (4 models at http://www.matchguns.com/prodotti.as...

Re: Rings for Pardini SP

You can't use .22 rings (3/8" or 11mm) on the Pardini because the barrel width is 20mm between those thin rails. I did that but I'm going to replace the Millett with an UltraDot because the Millett is unreliable for me -- the red dot keeps turning off and I have to fiddle with brightness knob ...

On my S&W 41 I use a Millet 1" and aluminum ring similar to the ones on Larry's sight. It has been mounted for about 7000 rounds with no problems. The Millets hold zero and work fine for me. Those Aluminum 2 peice rings seem to be fine too, from .22 to 44 Mag. I have the Millet two-piece t...
