It was about 4 weeks before I went back to collect it. As a non Indian national, it is not as easy as I thought it would be given they have signed distribution contracts with many areas.markvulture wrote: ↑Fri Feb 09, 2024 5:16 pm Just an idle question 400driver, but when you visited India how long did they take to make your jacket etc?

Re: Are there particular exercises that can be practiced to reduce firearm wobble?
I remember years ago seeing a university fitness training program but despite searching again I have not been able to find it. Anyone seen it? It was quite comprehensive.

Initial point on the target -before lowering ?
10 M air rifle. Having lifted off the tripod and settled into a position where you are stable and looking over the sights toward the target, when lowering your eyes into the sights, how much above the target center should it be before commencing the descent? All the Scatt traces show the good shoote...

Re: the dominance of Capapie shooting suits
I am just beginning in 10M after spending most of my time in pistol and AP. I saw that Capapie had a good reputation and I was on business in India and decided to drop in for a fitting ! They were surprised as I dont think they get many expat visitors. It did cause a bit of a problem as I am from an...

Re: Match Gun MG5E Scatt mount
its 15.06 mm at a place where you could mount a Scatt unit below. The 3d print will need some rubber slip material to cushion it to fit perfectly. Many thanks G for the files.

I will take a look when I have a spare few minutes. I have been using Cura but have very limited experience. Fusion360 is on my learn to do list.

Match Gun MG5E Scatt mount
Hi,
Is anyone familiar with a mount for the MG5 to fit a SCATT device? I checked on Thingyverse and no returns.
Many thanks
Mark

Re: Scatt or dry fire?
The blank wall theory does work well as when I train on a Electronic target with the only the white side showing and see the actual score it is always around 93-94 and always better than my deliberate series at the subsequent proper targets. Will try and accommodate both types.

Thank you so much for that detailed answer. I will work on that along with the MEC book and a Bullseye Mind.

Re: Scatt or dry fire?
Thanks all.
Yes I do live fire at home with an electric target but I find I shoot to score rather than to train. I spend a good amount of time against a bland wall during the 55 seconds on then off.
I will try to mix them all up and work on the details.
many thanks.

Scatt or dry fire?
Looking for some guidance. If I have 60 minutes to train , is that time best suited to 10M AP with Scatt or just plane dry fire ? This last few weeks I have been doing 30 minutes of hold training ( 55 seconds up, 30 down ) followed by 30 minutes of just dry fire at the target. I am really focusing o...

Re: SCATT Expert vs Professional
A mobile ap is great, can't wait to see how small the window will be on your ipad if it's barely readable on a laptop.
I think before working on a mobile ap they have a duty to leave the Expert as good as the previous version. I'd settle for exactly the same functionality.

Re: SCATT Expert vs Professional
Is this how the top tier of Scatt software should be? See how in the Pro , i could compare my results with that of someone good. Now the end of shot report is nowhere near as good as the previous. The top picture is of the expert, the windows at the bottom of the screen are not really visable in any...

Re: SCATT Expert vs Professional
I got my hopes raised yesterday when you mentioned that yours worked with the pro software! I have emailed them and they said that new features were coming and that the new code allowed them to provide a better product. That was nearly a year ago! As I am nothing but an enthusiastic amateur, I carry...
